Printing from your own device
In order to print at Markfield Library you must be a member of the library.
You can join online at www.leicestershire.gov.uk or in person at the library.
Once you have a library card number and PIN you can then create a papercut account at the LCC public print site publicprint.leics.gov.uk
To print from your own device please follow the steps below, which can be done from the comfort of your home.
1. Login to publicprint.leics.gov.uk using your library card number as username and PIN as password.

2. Click on Web Print, then click on “Submit a Job »”

3. Choose whether you want to print in
Colour (select libprint\COLOUR_WEB_PRINT) or
Black & White (select libprint\MONO_WEB_PRINT)
4. Then click on “Print Options and Account Selection »”

5. Click on “Upload Documents »”

6. Use the “Upload from computer” button as many times as needed (once per document).
NB: Uploading documents will be different when using a Computer, Android phone or iPhone.

In this example I have uploaded two pdfs for printing

7. When you have uploaded all documents click on “Upload & Complete »”
When the documents are accepted by the system you will see that their status is showing as “Held in a queue”

You now need to add sufficient credit to be able to release the print jobs.
This can be done in one of two ways.
8.1 Add Credit
Choose the amount of credit you wish to add, then select “Add value”
Enter your card details on the next screen, by selecting the relevant icon. Click on “Yes, I confirm payment”. Ensure that you receive a payment confirmation similar to that below.

You may need to do the above more than once if your print jobs require a credit of more than £10
8.2 Redeem a card
Purchase a printing voucher from the library staff, then select “Redeem card” on the menu, once on the “Redeem Card” screen enter the card number and click on “Redeem Card”

You can click on either “Web Print” or “Jobs Pending Release” at any time to see the print jobs that you have submitted.
“Jobs Pending Release” will allow you the cancel a job if you have changed your mind.
All print jobs, which have not been released (in the library) are automatically deleted 72 hours after being submitted.
